I have worked successfully with workshop Coordinators to offer starseed and ascension workshops in many countries. It is essential that I receive this support so that I can support as many star seeds and ascension seekers as I can. The content of the workshops is unique and is designed to really cater for the specific and deep needs of star seeds.This is why they are popular and so worthwhile. I would like to find star seeds and ascension seekers who would like to see these workshops offered locally where they live and who would like to volunteer to become the local or national Coordinator of their region or country. Specifically I am looking for Coordinators in France, Germany, US and Canada but would also consider any other suggestions. This role would suit a spiritual person who is naturally organised, a good communicator and who is familiar with local facilities where they live or plan to hold workshops. The most successful Coordinators have a number of their own local spiritual contacts and friends that they invite to attend workshops. This is important as I find that advertising alone will never attract sufficient people to a workshop and therefore must not be used as the sole means to find workshop participants. If you do not know many spiritual people where you live then I would suggest that this is not a role for for you for the present moment. Places on the workshop are pre-booked and pre paid in advance. Any difficulties with obtaining minimum numbers are communicated to me at least 4-6 weeks before the workshop date All workshop income and expenses are recorded and the net receipts sent to me in advance via bank to bank transfer to the following account. A large enough and quiet room which is appropriate for a spiritual workshop
Costs and Charges I will pay for my own expenses such as travel and Hotel expenses. I will also pay for the cost of the venue hire, although initially the Coordinators would have to pay for this using workshop payments. I sometimes pay for local advertising but this needs to be agreed with me in advance and to be shown to very effective, relevant and inexpensive. I do not get involved in costly advertising campaigns! Word of mouth and the internet are the best marketing activities. In europe my Workshop costs for the participants are 85 euros per person per day. This means that if someone attends a 2 day workshop then the cost will be 170 euros for that person. This is my income for facilitating the workshops and it is non-negotiable. I will pay from this any venue hire costs and any small miscellaneous costs. In the US / Canada my Workshop costs for the participants are £90 per person per day converted into US dollars. This means that if someone attends a 2 day workshop then the cost will be 180 pounds for that person. This is my income for facilitating the workshops and it is non-negotiable. I will pay from this any venue hire costs and any small miscellaneous costs. I do not pay Coordinators for their work as this is a volunteer position for those seeking to be of service to light workers, Star Seeds and the Masters. However if a workshop organiser wants to make a small charge on top of the 85 euros($90) for their time and services then I am happy for them to do this. This is paid for by the workshop participants directly to the organiser. Cancellation charges for workshop participants Unfortunately I do not offer refunds to participants who have booked a workshop place and then for whatever reason cannot attend the workshop. For those who are ill or who have transportation problems, I can offer a credit to attend a similar workshop of mine in the same location as long as workshops continue in that location. Taxation I pay taxation on my income in the UK for all of my international activites. I do not pay tax in the local countries where I visit nor do I pay tax for other people.
